Pricing

The prices in our online store are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, including VAT.

Availability

Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or failure to meet supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to the Epicerie de la Corniche Sarl. In the event of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment terms

We accept Swiss coins and Swiss banknotes only, as well as all debit and credit cards supported by our partner SIX Payment Services. This includes PostFinance Card, Visa, Mastercard, V-Pay, Maestro, etc. We also accept Twint.

Payments in foreign currencies are only possible by card via the payment module from our partner SIX.

Payments by check are not accepted.

Delivery and transportation

Available items are sent by post within approximately 3 to 5 days. A contribution from you is requested only once per order. The delivery costs amount to CHF 9.90 per order. These costs are offered from CHF 150.- of order.

PLEASE NOTE: L'Epicerie de la Corniche Sarl does not deliver its parcels to post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or customers under guardianship, except with the written authorization of the parents or guardian.

Return or exchange of goods

Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with the labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery note, within 7 days of receipt of your package. The shipping costs related to the return are at your expense.

Legal warranty

Check the condition of the goods delivered without delay to exclude obvious defects in material and workmanship, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to us allow it to be remedied.

Items benefiting from a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the article, justified by the accompanying document (invoice) that we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.

Data protection

All personal data will be considered as confidential. The information necessary for the management of orders will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies in the context of order management.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The applicable law is the Swiss law, and any dispute will be dealt with by the competent courts in Chexbres.
